About Jen

Before becoming an executive and performance coach, Jen worked for fifteen years in the education sector. Notably, she led the research and evaluation department at a district of 30,000 students, coached regional education staff throughout the state of Texas as they went through the Texas Strategic Leadership program, and trained over 50 district data analysts through the Texas Education Agency’s Data Fellows program.

Jen is a strategic and intuitive coach who supports leaders and professionals in clarifying and undertaking change that supports their short and long term goals. She supports her clients with curiosity, empathy, and integrity.

Jen is certified as an Associate Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and spunky six year old daughter, and is a certified run coach, avid runner, and insatiable book reader.
